Taking Stock

Today is grocery day at Casa de la Hairdryer. I haven't shared our list 'o dinner time choices with you in a while, so, for your viewing pleasure, may I present . . .

The Stuff We're Having For Dinner The Rest Of The Month!

Baked Spaghetti
Chicken Strips
Grilled Pork Chops
Ham
Hot Dogs
Green Chicken Enchiladas
Roast
Beans & Cornbread
Tacos/Taco Salad
Chicken Rolls
Zip-loc Omelets

We're also adding a new entree to our breakfast choices. The big people (that includes Bubba now that he's 9) in my house are getting restless with the same old stuff we usually have. I searched high and low, near and far and found what I think will be easy to make ahead and warm up on the go. Perfect for our house. Oh, and it must be healthy - ish. I think the official name is Quick and Easy Breakfast Sandwiches, but I'm hoping to come up with something a little more creative. Any suggestions?

Sounds yummy- We're coming to dinner at your house!
I'm definantly making the breakfast sandwiches also- they look so good and easy to make.

Breakfasts here are pretty tame but good. Frozen fruit with some ice, and plain yogurt (soy protien can be added) in a blender. This fills up my teenager til lunch time. Also egg beaters, with canadian bacon, and cheese on english muffin rocks in the house.
