Economics

Before T-giving break, Bubba's kindergarten class was studying economics. They learned that it meant "the study of what we need and how we get it." They also learned what our 3 basic needs are: food, shelter, and clothing. They even incorporated these themes into their T-giving program. (incidently, Bubba was the lead Indian in their play)

So, yesterday morning, I was driving Bubba to school, and we were talking about getting back into things after a break and this was our conversation:

You know you'll probably start talking about Christmas pretty soon. Yeah, and probably about what Santa's 3 basic needs are. Mom, what do you think they are? I don't know. What do you think? I think that they are food, clothing, and transportation. Sounds good to me.
