I know that I haven't been very good at meal planning lately, but, you know, a new school year is starting and it's time for fresh beginnings and stuff. I think that our society is so tied to the school year calendar that there may be more people who consider September the time to make resolutions rather than January.
So, in the spirit of "New (School) Years Resolutions", I've recommitted to cooking. And working out 1 hour every day, and cleaning our bathrooms every day, and eating healthier, and volunteering at our local animal shelter. Just kidding. I've only committed to the cooking part, and only for as long as it takes us to cross everything off of this list. Because marriage and parenting pretty much fill my quota for long term commitments.
Here is our list of meal options for the next 15 days or so:

I agree with you about September being the month of resolutions. Makes more sense to me actually than in the middle of winter.
Your menu looks good to me- relatively simple and yummy.
Sounds yummy!!
