Raise your hand...

During lunch at the preschool, the 4 year olds have this little game they play. After they open their lunches and see what's inside, they start saying random things like, "Raise your hand if you brought cheetos." or "Raise your hand if you brought a Capri Sun."

This goes on for a few minutes until I say, "Let's spend our time eating, it's almost PE time." Sometimes I have to say it lots before the lunch gets eaten.

Anyway, yesterday the game took a different turn. Someone spoke up and said, "Raise your hand if you went Trick or Treating." Then someone else added, "Raise your hand if you have a baby in your house."

Then Mary TuTu said, "Ok, I have one. Raise your hand if your mom is on Weight Watchers."

Hmmm. . .

Love it! :)

EVERY time we have extra little ones here, they play that "game." Sometimes I dread what may come up.

Raise your hand if your mom is losing it.
Raise your hand if your mom hasn't cooked in three days.
Raise your hand if you're not allowed to let friends into your mom's bedroom because it is messy.

That is too fuuny.
My daughter disrupted my privacy the other day. She had a bunch of questions I really did NOT want to answer, because I don't want to be the mom that she embarasses with "Well my mom blah blah blah..."
I answered some of her questions and told her this is a private conversation and is not to be spoken about outside of this house. (it has to do with monthly things and that's all I'm going to say.)

Oh my gosh! Well at least the audience was mostly other people still in the single-digit age range.

I guess you could have said "raise your hand if you're going to be grounded when you get home!" ;o)

Cindy, my kids could raise their hands for all of those you mentioned!

LMAO!! I love that!! You'd better write that one in the baby book!

I can't wait to see more pics with your new camera! I'm currently hunting for a new one myself...just can't decide yet!
