I Confess

I'm linking up with Mamarazzi

I know it's not Friday. But it is Monday, and don't we all wish in our hearts that it was still Friday?

I confess...
My Girl cut my hair quite a bit shorter than she usually does. I kinda' like it.

I confess...
This morning, we went to the orthodontist for ONE kid to begin treatment. By the time we left, TWO kids had begun treatment.

That happened to us back in 2003. I went to the hospital to have a baby, and we came home with TWO babies.

I confess...
When Mary Tutu found out this morning that she was the only kid NOT going to the orthodontist, she cried and felt left out. I whispered in her ear that she was my favorite because she didn't need expensive silver stuff all over her teeth.

I confess...
The suburban I'm driving right now has seat warmers in the front seats. I am officially spoiled. I told Honey that the next car he picks out for me better have seat warmers.
No seat warmers = deal breaker.

I confess...
I'm still drinking Diet Dr. Pepper. I have no willpower. If Diet Dr. Pepper is wrong, I don't want to be right.

I confess...
When I wrote the lunch carb counts down for Brooke's lunch box, I added in 2 chocolate chip cookies for a special treat. Then I forgot to pack them. Brooke was not happy about that at lunch time.

Do you need to confess? Clear your conscience? Get something off your chest?

Oh I'm so glad you don't want to be right if loving Diet Dr. Pepper is wrong...it makes me feel less guilty when I drink mine! :)

Also, concerning the seat warmers...totally agree...even when it's not really cold, just a chill or less, I love having them on to warm my back!

And seriously....did you not know you were having twins? Really? I have not heard this story.....

No! We knew we were having twins...that part was just for the drama :) But we still, 8 years later, say to each other in that glazed over, amazed look "we have two babies".

Loved this :)

I confess...I attempted to make GF pop tarts for my kid and I knew they turned out GROSS, but I still talked them up as if they were the best thing EVer because I didn't want to waste 2 cups of flour.

She ate it.

Not sure if it'll work again tomorrow morning.
